Mobile Banking Alerts

Alerts must first be enabled in the Mobile Banking Enrollment before they can be created in Online Banking.  Refer to Steps 1-10 in the enrollment process.

  1. Once signed into Online Banking Select Alerts
  2. Then select the alert options you wish to receive (Email, SMS/Text)
    1. select-alert-options
  3. Then create the alert criteria you want.  (I.e. check number #3321 clearing, low balance, high balance etc)
    1. create-alert
  4. After successfully creating the Alert it should appear listed below
    1. alert-review
  5. Done!
