We Offer The Following Types of Loans:
LINES OF CREDIT
Lines of Credit are established allowing a business to finance short-term working capital requirements. In general, Lines of Credit are set up to be renewed annually.
EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT

Whether you are considering making improvements to the real property, purchasing equipment or just need cash flow assistance, the commercial equity line of credit may be the most flexible and convenient loan you've ever had. This line offers low rates, is revolving and can prove to be the solution to several of your borrowing needs....all with one loan.
EQUIPMENT LOANS
Equipment Loans are established to help a business expand or upgrade their equipment line. Purchasing new or used equipment, Equipment Loan terms can be varied to suit your business needs.
REAL ESTATE LOANS
Refinance your existing loan, purchase or build a new facility, or upgrade your current building with a Commercial Real Estate Loan. Several loan terms available to choose from. We’ll help find one that fits your business’ cash flow.
LETTERS OF CREDIT
At times, suppliers or service providers may require a Letter of Credit before they will sell product or provide services to your business. Terms and conditions for Letters of Credit vary depending on the needs of the beneficiary.

You can get a jump-start on the process by completing an application and a personal balance sheet; each is provided in two separate file formats. If your computer has the excel program, the excel file formats can be completed on your computer, or print out the .pdf files and complete by hand. The third page of the commercial loan application lists the information we will generally need to proceed with your application.
